On April 2, 2020, starting at approximately 13:50 UTC some Intelligence Service customers may have experienced an issue where Risk Level was higher than expected. This unexpected behavior resulted in sites being blocked by Risk Level policy.
At approximately 19:15 UTC, we mitigated the issue. A service update was applied to the Risk Level database, which restored the service. Some customer may have continued to see their service impacted as the update propagated across their systems. After closely monitoring the service the issue was confirmed as resolved on April 3, 2020, at 00:00 UTC.
